Manage and customize message templates for SMS, emails, job notifications, and stock. Automate communication and keep your workflow efficient.

Go to the SMS Template Manager and select a template or create a new one. Enter a name and content for the template, using variables like customer name, phone number, and job details. Once done, save your template for future use.
Navigate to the Email Template Manager, choose an existing template or create a new one. Customize the subject and content with placeholders for customer details, job information, and company data. Save the template for automated email communications.
Create a job SMS template to send automated messages when a job is scheduled or updated. Use variables like customer name, phone, and job address. Keep the message within the character limit to ensure proper delivery.
When adding a job, you can create additional information templates to store commonly used details. Enter a name, fill in the content, and save it for quick selection during job creation.
Stock templates allow you to predefine item lists for jobs. Go to the Stock Templates section, add a new template, and specify the items included. Save and activate it for easy selection.
