User Data Deletion

Sendatradie allows users to connect their Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts to the Sendatradie platform.

You may request the deletion of information that Sendatradie received through Facebook or Instagram at any time.

How to request deletion

Email Ofir@sendatradie.com with the subject:

Meta Data Deletion Request

Please include:

  1. Your full name

  2. The email address associated with your Sendatradie account

  3. Your business name

  4. The Facebook Page or Instagram account connected to Sendatradie

Do not send your Facebook password, Instagram password or access token.

You may also disconnect your account through Sendatradie:

  1. Sign in to your Sendatradie account

  2. Open Social Accounts

  3. Find the connected Facebook or Instagram account

  4. Select Disconnect

You can also remove Sendatradie Post from your Facebook account by opening Facebook Settings, selecting Business Integrations, finding Sendatradie Post and selecting Remove.

Information we delete

After verifying your request, Sendatradie will delete information received through the Meta integration that is associated with your account. This may include:

  1. Facebook and Instagram account identifiers

  2. Connected Page and professional account details

  3. Access tokens and connection credentials

  4. Imported posts, comments, messages or related integration information

  5. Other information obtained through Meta permissions

Disconnecting an account will also prevent Sendatradie from obtaining new information from that Facebook or Instagram account.

Processing time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will send confirmation when the deletion has been completed.

If you also want your entire Sendatradie account deleted, please clearly state this in your request.

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting or regulatory purposes. Any retained information will only be kept for the required period and will no longer be used for the Meta integration.
