Open Your Team Chat

Click on the support icon to open the Sendie Help window where you can either return to the onboarding page or start a Support Chat with our customer service team.

Access the messaging platform, select a team member from the list on the left, type your message in the text field at the bottom, and click the “Send” button to communicate directly.

Click “Create New Group,” enter a group name, select participants from the dropdown menu, and click “Save” to establish a communication channel for multiple team members.

Use the search bar at the top of the conversations list to find specific users or group chats by typing their name, which filters results as you type.

Open the group chat, click on the group name to access Group Details, add or remove participants using the selection field, and save your changes to update the group membership.

Yes, when viewing a conversation with a team member, click the phone icon in the top right corner to initiate an audio call directly through the platform.

Open the group chat, access Group Details, click the “Delete” button, and confirm your decision to permanently remove the group chat from the system.

The messaging system displays timestamps for when messages were sent, and you can see when someone was last active in the conversation by checking the chat history.

Yes, click the attachment icon (paperclip) next to the message input field to upload and share images, documents, or other files with your team members or clients.
