Manage your online presence and leverage customer reviews to grow your SENDATRADIE business.

Click on “Google My Business” from the Social & Ads page and then use the “Switch Account” button to connect your existing Google account or create a new business listing.

Your Google reviews appear under the “Google My Business Reviews” section. Click “Show Reviews” to display all customer feedback, then use the “Reply” button to respond to individual reviews directly from the platform.

When responding to reviews, click “Generate with AI” to automatically create a professional, personalized response based on the customer’s feedback, which you can edit before posting.

All your business locations are displayed in the “Business Locations” section with toggle switches to enable or disable management for each location through the Sendatradie platform.

Click “Change Background” when viewing your Facebook posting section, then either select from pre-designed templates or upload your own image to create professional-looking social media posts.

Navigate to the “Social Accounts” section and click “Login with Facebook” to connect your business page, allowing you to share positive reviews and content directly to your Facebook audience.

The analytics dashboard shows your average rating, total review count, rating distribution graph, trending topics mentioned in reviews, and AI-powered analysis to help identify strengths and improvement areas.

Access your Review Settings to update your Facebook link, business address, and Google ID information, then click “Save” to apply these changes to your online business listings.

Yes, a summary of your Google My Business reviews appears on your main Dashboard, showing average rating, total reviews, and rating distribution for a quick overview of your online reputation.
