Client Management for Tradies

This page covers everything about managing clients in SENDATRADIE—from adding and editing clients to importing lists and linking jobs and invoices.

You can add a new client in SENDATRADIE by clicking on ‘New Client’ in the Clients section. Fill in the client’s details, including name, address, email, phone, and payment terms, then click save.

To edit a client’s details, go to the Clients page, search for the client, and click on ‘Edit’. Modify any necessary details such as their name, contact information, address, or billing details, then save the changes.

You can bulk import clients using a CSV file. Navigate to the Clients page, click ‘Import Clients’, upload your file, and review the entries before confirming the import.

To remove a client, go to the Clients page, find the client in the list, and select ‘Delete’. Note: Deleting a client is permanent and will remove their records from the system.

You can create a job for a client directly from the Clients page by selecting ‘Create Job’. If the client does not already exist in the system, a new client record will be automatically created when you create the job.
