INVENTORY

This page helps you manage everything related to inventory in SENDATRADIE, from adding and updating items to tracking stock and linking inventory to jobs and invoices.

To add a new inventory item, go to the Inventory page, click Add, and enter the item details, including name, description, price, default quantity, job type, and tax settings. Click Save to store the item.

To edit an inventory item, select the item from the Inventory list, click Edit, update the necessary details, and save the changes.

To delete an item, go to Inventory, select the item, and click Delete. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

To update stock levels, navigate to Inventory, select an item, click Update Quantity, and adjust the stock count as needed.

Inventory items can be linked directly to jobs or invoices. When creating or editing a job or invoice, simply select an item from the Parts section and assign it to the job.

To import inventory items, click Import or AI Import (PDF) at the top of the Inventory page. Upload a file, map the necessary fields, and complete the import process.
